About Booking

When can I make a booking?
You can make a booking 6 months before. Please make a booking from our booking page, or call +81-558-94-3333.
Please tell me about a booking cancellation charge.
Please confirm the cancellation charge from the details of booking page.
Excluding cases where visits are impossible due to typhoons, natural disasters, etc., due to the suspension of public transportation and the closing of roads.
How much is the charge for children?

A child’s dinner/breakfast is provided with the menu for children.
When ordering the same menu as an adult, a charge is the same as an adult(100% of adult rates).

What other fee or tax is needed to stay?
Hot spring water tax (150 JPY) is needed if you are over 11 years old.
Do you have plans of stay without dinner/breakfast?
We have plans of stay without dinner/breakfast. There are days when we do not sell. Please check on the reservation page.
Should I make the futon bed by myself?
During dinner, we make the futon bed.
If there is no additional futon bed in the western style bed room, we will not enter the room.
We will not put the futon bed away for a relaxing after breakfast.

What time is the check-in time?
Check-in time is 15:00.
What time is the check-out time?
Check-out time is by 10:00 next morning.Please acknowledge that reception is expected to be very crowded around check out time.
Is the credit card available?
VISA, JCB, UC, DC, NICOS, Bank Card, UFJ Card, Master Card, Saison, AEON are available.The payment should be a lump sum payment.
Is the gift coupon available?
Only “JCB Gift Card” and “JTB Nice Stay” gift cards can be used for booking made via our own website or direct telephone booking.
Can I leave baggage before check-in?
Yes. After checkout on the previous day, we accept procedures for checking baggage and checking in.Please note that you will be entering the room from 15:00.
Can I park my car before check-in?
Yes. You may park your car after checkout time 10:00.

How many types of rooms do you have?
We have 6 types of rooms.
Japanese style room:1~2 people capacity = 12.7m²
Japanese style room:1~5 people capacity = 18.2m²
Japanese style room (Annex):1~5 people capacity = 18.2~32m²
Japanese-Wewstern style wheelchair accessible special room with bath:1~2 people capacity = 32m²
Japanese-Wewstern style room with semi-open-air bath and twin bed:1~4 people capacity
Do you have open-air bath in every room?
Sorry, we do not have open-air bath in every room.
Are there the bedding and the night clothes for children?
The futon bed is the same as for adults. We prepare We have various sizes of children’s night clothes.
Do you have any smoking rooms?
This hotel is completely non-smoking, including rooms and restaurants.
We have one smoking area in the first floor building.
Can I use the Internet?
Internet is available in all rooms and lobby by free Wi-Fi. The radio waves are weak in some places.

Our hot spring quality is calcium sodium sulfate spring. It has an effect on drizzle, chilliness and dry skin.

No, You do not need to make a reservation to use the private bath.
What time can I use shared bath?
Open time of the shared bath is 14:00-24:00 / 6:00-9:30.
Do you have any saunas?
No, we do not have saunas. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
What kind of bath amenities is in the shared bath?
We offer shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, hair brush, facial tissue, cotton swab, hair dryer, skin lotion, milky lotion, after-shave lotion, hair tonic for men.
Do you have a wheelchair for rent?
Yes, we have wheelchairs for free rent. Please call +81-558-94-3333 for the reservation.The number of wheelchairs is limited.
Can I go to bath on wheelchair?
Sorry, there are stairs on the way to the public bath. You may go to the bath in special guest room.
